Who we are

Leads Meister is a B2B marketing and lead-generation practice serving clients in the United States. This policy covers leadsmeister.com. Questions about this policy or your information can go to somesh@leadsmeister.com.

Leads Meister LLP is the data controller for information collected through this site. Our registered entity details and registered address are available on request at the address above, and are provided to clients as part of any engagement agreement.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, work email, company and anything you write in a form or email.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP, browser and device type.
• Advertising measurement. We run Google Ads and use the Google Ads tag to record when a form on this site is completed, and to build remarketing audiences. This sets advertising cookies and may use your IP address and device identifiers. Consent Mode is configured so these are not set by default for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
• Company identification. We use Apollo's website visitor tracking, which uses your IP address to estimate the organisation a visit came from, together with the pages viewed. It is configured to identify organisations only — not named individuals — and we do not enable its contact-level identification.
• Cookies. Advertising and measurement cookies, as described above.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
• To understand which pages and channels bring qualified enquiries.
• To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your enquiry details to third parties for their own marketing. We do use Google Ads remarketing, which means identifiers collected on this site are used to show you our ads elsewhere. Under some US state privacy laws this is treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can opt out using the contact below.

Who processes it

We use a small set of established providers to run this site and our business: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google Ads (advertising and conversion measurement), Apollo (organisation-level website visitor identification and CRM), and standard email tools. Each processes data under its own terms.

Our team works US business hours and operates internationally. Depending on the providers above and where our team is located, your information may be processed in the United States, India or other countries where these providers operate. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on the providers' standard contractual protections and take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Advertising measurement and visitor data follow the retention settings of Google Ads and Apollo respectively. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to processing, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws. To exercise any right, email somesh@leadsmeister.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, access controls and a small number of vetted providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of use

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Figures shown in illustrative app screens and examples on this site are not client data and are not performance guarantees. Nothing on this site forms a contract; the terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

Marketing results depend on your market, product, pricing and sales capacity. We describe what we do and how we measure it, and we do not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes.
